Federal Aircraft Regulation, Part 103 Ultralight Vehicles

Aircraft certification and registration
Small Coaxial Helicopter SCH-2A is compliant to US FAR Part 103 Ultralight Vehicle rules.

Any changes or modifications of original Small Coaxial Helicopter SCH-2A can result in non compliance to Federal Aircraft Regulation, Part 103 Ultralight Vehicles.

Certification of aircraft or their parts or equipment, US FAR Part 103 Ultralight vehicles and their component parts and equipment are not required to meet the airworthiness certification standards specified for aircraft or to have certificates of airworthiness. No any certification, registration or marking is required for air vehicle that is compliant to US FAR Part 103 Ultralight Vehicle rules.

Pilot license
Operators of US FAR Part 103 Ultralight Vehicle are not required to meet any aeronautical knowledge, age, or experience requirements to operate those vehicles or to have airman or medical certificates.

Aircraft certification and registration
Small Coaxial Helicopter SCH-2A is compliant to China CCAR-91-R3 Ultralight Vehicles rules. Any changes or modifications of original Small Coaxial Helicopter SCH-2A can result in non compliance to China CCAR-91-R3 rules Ultralight Vehicles.

Certification of aircraft or their parts or equipment for China CCAR-91-R3 Ultralight Vehicles and their component parts and equipment are not required to meet the airworthiness certification standards specified for aircraft or to have certificates of airworthiness. Pilot license
ULN national license for Ultra Light Helicopter. This certificate allows amateur and sport flying on territory of Slovenia. Minimum edge of 17 years and medical certificate for motor vehicle is required to begin with ULN pilot license training in flight school. Any higher-ranking helicopter pilot license is also valid.
